This building has a lot of character, and each room has recently been refurbished, and is located at one of the most exciting areas of Barcelona in Las Ramblas. You´re just 1 minutes´ walk from Plaça Reial, Gaudi´s Palau Guell, la Boqueria Market, Opera Liceu, and 2 minutes walk from the seaside and the Cathedral in the Gothic Quarter,  you won´t find anywhere more central.

The apartment is located on the second floor with a small elevator, and has a wide livingroom with two balconies with stunning views over Las Ramblas, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms, and 2 other rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each room is with a small private french balcony, exterior with lots of light and views, except for one of the Suites that is more quiet, with french window to an interior patio.

If you are coming by car, there is a parking available upon request 1 minute´s walk from the apartment, which is available at the special discount rate of 20 €, otherwise there is also a public parking at the city rate of 40 EUR per night. Our accommodation is family-oriented and non-smoking. No stag or hen parties are allowed.
